CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In order to respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for appointments, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
